In her short career at JSG, Tracey Smith has made a tremendous impact. With an extensive background in Marketing and Healthcare, she is no stranger to using her hustle to help others. In a little over a year, Tracey has built a thriving healthcare recruiting team from the ground up, been awarded our coveted “Account Executive of the Month” title multiple times, and made our team more mind-blowing desserts than we may care to admit. In celebration of Tracey and her enormous success, we sat down with her so you can get to know her a little bit better.
What inspires you?
I love people and I thrive on the encouragement that being in a service industry provides. This encompasses both my personal and professional life. Basically, I thrive on being able to add value to a person’s life. This is likely why one of my co-workers calls me ‘den mother.’
If you could learn one random skill, what would it be?
I would have to say computer coding. I am fascinated by the subject and would love to learn that skill. Second would be cake decorating, but that is the one thing I have attempted many times and I am terrible at.
What’s the best thing about working for JSG?
My team and the partnerships we develop with our clients! It feeds my desire to be of service to people!
What do you like to do away from the office?
I love cooking and photography, and any time I can combine those two by working with an event personally, that is a win/win for me.
